Donate Clothing
Your quality clothing donations provide warmth, dignity, and a fresh start for local adults in need.
Essential support for Castleford
Trinity Mission operates a vital clothing bank at the Hope Centre, serving adults aged 18+ who are facing homelessness, financial crisis, or building a new life in recovery.
What we urgently need
We only accept clean, high-quality adult clothing. If you wouldn't wear it yourself, please don't donate it. We specifically need:
- Warm outerwear: Winter coats, waterproof jackets, and heavy fleeces.
- Footwear: Sturdy boots, trainers, and walking shoes (clean and in good repair).
- Everyday essentials: Clean trousers, jeans, jumpers, and hoodies.
- New items: We always need new, packaged underwear and socks.
Items we cannot accept
Due to health, safety, and storage limitations, we are unable to accept:
- Children's clothing (please donate to local family charities).
- Used bedding, pillows, or mattresses.
- Damaged, stained, or torn items.
- Bric-a-brac or household electronics.
Restoring Hope, One Item at a Time
When you donate your quality pre-loved clothing, you are providing more than just warmth. You are giving a local person the chance to walk through Castleford with dignity, ready to face their next challenge with confidence. Your kindness is a vital part of our community support programme.
Beyond the Fabric: Ready to give more than just clothes?
While quality clothing provides immediate warmth, our mission to support Castleford’s most vulnerable depends on your continued commitment. Whether you have time to give, or wish to support our core programmes financially, every action matters.
